On Friday, June 19, at 9:30 p.m., the billboard of "Autorə in Vantina" in Capoliveri continues with its second June event, once again transforming the village amphitheater into a stage for thought and word. The evening's guest will be writer and essayist Luca Starita, who will present his latest and highly praised volume "Indifesi sotto la notte," published by the prestigious Minimum Fax publishing house.
Maintaining the time-tested and intimate formula of the outdoor monologue, the Capoliverese festival offers a space for deep cultural analysis and emotional storytelling this evening.
Luca Starita will lead the audience on a journey of reflection and dialogue starting from the pages of his book. Through a sharp and sensitive rereading that interweaves literature, biography and social criticism, the author will explore the night not only as a temporal space, but as a dimension of the soul: the place where bodies discover themselves vulnerable, where desires, identities and fears are revealed free from the masks of the day. A powerful investigation of human frailty and the need to rediscover oneself "helpless," yet authentic, under the starry sky.
Location: La Vantina (Amphitheater) Square, located in the upper and characteristic part of the historic center of Capoliveri.
Time: Start of the talk at 9:30 pm. It is recommended to arrive early to best accommodate yourself on the stone steps.
Admission: Free and free of charge.
Who it's for: Fans of contemporary nonfiction, lovers of literature, cultural criticism and anyone looking for an evening of deep reflection in the heart of Elba.
