On Saturday, June 27, at 9:30 p.m., the literary review "Storie Itineranti in Piazza 2026" returns to enliven the center of Marina di Campo. The cozy open-air lounge in Piazza da Verrazzano will host a topical and insightful meeting with journalist and writer Luca Misculin, who will present his latest book, "Mare Aperto," to the public.
The event is part of the rich program of "Storie Itineranti in Piazza," a widespread cultural initiative that brings authors of national importance to dialogue directly with the public in the most characteristic places on the island. The review represents the natural and enthusiastic summer continuation of the path of shared reading born and cultivated in the territory thanks to the Isolachelegge project.
With "Open Sea," Luca Misculin will offer attendees an evening of deep reflection, guiding readers through complex dynamics and human stories that redefine the way we look at borders, routes and communities that live and cross the sea.
Location: da Verrazzano Square, Marina di Campo. The square is located in a very central, pedestrian-friendly area, a short walk from the marina.
Time: The presentation is scheduled to begin at 9:30 pm.
Admission: Free and free of charge.
Who it's for: Enthusiasts of investigative journalism, contemporary nonfiction, shared reading, and anyone who wants to enjoy a summer evening of cultural debate.
